Returns must be sent and received within 30 days of dispatch

Once received I will issue a full refund

After notified of an issue, I aim to process the refund ASAP

A full refund will be issued if the product arrived to you broken (pictures required) without you needing to send it back, a new one will be sent to you if requested, free of charge

Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested but are generally not provided unless the two products cost the same
